KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS I, Brian Sayers, President of Washington Charitable Trust, hereby declare this Letter of Understanding:
1.) The Washington Charitable Trust and BAYS Consulting and Management, UK, Limited have formed an agency agreement on 2 November, 2021.
2.) Within the framework of this agreement, BAYS Consulting and Management, UK, Limited has authorized BAYS Consulting to represent the interests of the company and within the remit of the WCT.
3.) Authorise agents reports directly to BAYS Consulting and Management, UK, Limited as regards to all work undertaken on behalf of the company.
4.) All subsequent actions outside this LOU are subject to the approval of both BAYS Consulting and Management, UK, Limited and WCT.
